Cameron Lee received her legal training in both China and Canada and is called to the Bar in both Mainland China and British Columbia, Canada.
Ms. Lee started her legal practice immediately after she received her LLB in 1992 from Northwest Political Science & Law University, China. During her full-time practice, Cameron Lee completed her LLM, major in Intellectual Property, from Xi’an Jiao-tong University in 1999.
While practicing law in China, Cameron Lee specialization in intellectual property, joint ventures, and corporate law allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in cross-border transactions and intellectual property protection. Throughout her career, Ms. Lee has demonstrated her commitment to legal scholarship and research. She was actively involved in various legal research projects and contributed articles to the Chinese law journals.
Ms. Lee was called to the bar of British Columbia after she received her JD degree from the UBC Law School. With this qualification, she extended her legal practice to cover a wide range of areas within British Columbia's legal landscape. Cameron Lee's expertise spans various facets of law, including solicitor work, litigation, wills and estates, family law, civil litigation, and more. Ms. Lee also has successfully litigated in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court. Her victories in family, criminal, human rights, administrative, insurance, and immigration matters highlight her adaptability and proficiency in handling diverse legal challenges.
Ms. Lee's approach to law is characterized by empathy, practicality, and tailored solutions. She understands the sensitive nature of these cases and is dedicated to guiding her clients through this emotional and intricate terrain.
